Clinical Applications Training
InfiMed can provide on-site Clinical Applications training for any current InfiMed product. In most cases, training is included with your system purchase!
All of our Applications Specialists are Radiographic Technologists who are dedicated training professionals. They are focused on helping to maximize patient throughput and customize features to get the most from your new digital system. Additionally, technologists can earn CE Category "A" credits for their training time.
- Two full days of on-site training is provided with PlatinumOne systems, and five days is provided with StingRay systems. Additional training can be purchased at time of sale or anytime thereafter.
- Please contact your dealer sales manager or InfiMed sales personnel for pricing on additional applications training.
- For best results, training should take place as soon as possible after the digital system is installed.
- To avoid additional scheduling fees, training should be scheduled a minimum of two weeks in advance.
- Training is most effective when there are clinical exams scheduled for the room. This provides for hands-on, guided learning. Please consider this when scheduling training.
- All equipment in the room (including network devices and printers) must be installed and tested prior to training.
- Technologists and radiologist/cardiologists should make time available during the training days to ensure they are properly trained.
- We strongly recommend 2 or 3 "Key Operators" be designated to routinely oversee operation of InfiMed equipment for detailed training.
To schedule clinical applications training for a new or existing InfiMed system, please contact InfiMed Order Services at orders@infimed.com.
