Additionally, remote diagnostics give the ability to dial-in to an InfiMed system for direct and immediate support.
Hours are 7 AM - 12 AM EST Mon - Fri, 8 AM -10 PM Sat - Sun. |

Engineer | As today's equipment becomes more complex, the highly skilled professionals required to support them become harder to find.
We will ensure technical problems don't stand in the way of a critical diagnosis. On-site services may include:
- Complete system diagnosis
- Installation of software updates and upgrades
- Resolution of any service issues
On-site Engineering provides services during normal business hours (Monday - Friday, 8AM - 5PM). Service requests for other times require a custom quote. |

Installation | Truly a turnkey solution including system installation and integration.
InfiMed's highly-trained professionals will ensure top performance from a new InfiMed system right from the start.
Our specialists can take care of all installation activities including completing pre-site prior to installation, physical installation of the digital system and generator interface, and coordination with on-site personnel. |

Analysis | Only InfiMed offers a Service Contract solution including an Image Quality Analysis. In one session our professionals can determine any of the ailments that prevent an imaging chain from providing clear fault-free images.
Because this analysis is performed before the digital system is installed, this package level is only available for newly purchased digital systems. |
