Applications Training
InfiMed can provide on-site Clinical Applications training for any current InfiMed product. For most cases, training is included with your system purchase.
Our Clinical Applications Specialists are ARRT Registered Radiologic Technologists who are dedicated training professionals. Their focus is to assist the customer in maximizing patient throughput utilizing unique system features.
In addition, for those ARRT registered technologists, ASRT Category A credit is available. InfiMed has ASRT approval for each of our three primary modalities including RF/DSA, Cardiac and DR.
- Two full days of on-site training are provided with RF/DSA and Cardiac systems. Five days are provided for our DR product. Additional training may be purchased at time of sale or at anytime thereafter. Contact your dealer sales manager or InfiMed sales personnel for pricing on additional applications training.
- For optimum results, training should take place as soon as possible following system installation.
- To avoid additional scheduling fees, training should be scheduled a minimum of two weeks in advance.
- Training is most effective when there are actual clinical exams scheduled. Consider this when scheduling training.
- All equipment including network devices, printer, and generator integration if available, must be installed and successfully tested prior to applications.
- Technologists and physicians should be notified of the scheduled training ahead of time in order to make time available for applications. It is the responsibility of the site to insure staff participation. This will optimize system use following applications.
- We strongly recommend 2 or 3 “Key Operators” who will routinely utilize the equipment and can oversee operation of the InfiMed equipment for detailed training.
